By joining the plan you’ll receive:
Priority service
- When you call for service, you will be scheduled ahead of others. This applies not only to emergency calls, but also to regular service work.
No emergency service fees
- No matter what time of day or night you call, you will NOT pay a premium fee for emergency work. The standard service call rate will apply.
5% discount
- As a Royal Plan member, you will receive a 5% discount off all our plumbing services.
On-going safety inspections
- Your home will be inspected for potential problems every 6 months.
100% customer satisfaction guarantee
- Or we’ll do the work again for FREE.
Transferable service
- You can transfer your Royal Maintenance Plan to your new home should you sell or to the buyer of your new home. The choice is yours.
Extended warranties
- As long as you keep your Royal Maintenance Plan membership in continual effect, renew it each year, always have a Water King technician provide your plumbing service and allow our plumbers to keep your plumbing system properly maintained, then all repairs covered under our standard one-year warranty will be extended an additional year.
